How do I qualify for the Points Program?
In order to qualify you need to:
· be a President's Club member
· have a valid e-mail address registered with Avon Canada
How am I registered for the Points Program?
You will be automatically registered to the program once you have qualified as a PC member and have a valid e-mail address registered with Avon Canada. A welcome e-mail will be sent automatically from Avon Points, 2-3 weeks after you have qualified. This welcome e-mail will include your login and temporary password.
What if I forget my Password?
If you forget your password, login in to the Avon Points site and select "forgot my password". A temporary password will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by:
· Achieving the different levels of President’s Club
· Receive bonus Holiday points in C24, 2016*
· Achieving exciting incentives
· Bonus rewards points based on Qualifying Volume (with an increase vs prior year)

Can I save my points?
YES! You can accumulate points but make sure you use them by the expiration date.
When will I receive my points?
You will receive your points via the website www.avonrewardsclub.ca 2-3 weeks after achievement.
Can I purchase more points?
Unfortunately, points are not available for purchase.
Can I transfer points to someone else?
Points are non transferable and have no cash value.
How do I add or modify my personal information to my Avon account?
Add or update your personal information by contacting Avon Canada's ACC (Avon Care Center) (514) 694-0810. This change will be uploaded to the Avon Points Site within 1–2 weeks. This includes e-mail addresses and home addresses.
What happens if I don’t have an email address?
Access to your account on the Avon Points website requires a valid email address.
Viewing the catalog and ordering is only available online. Therefore, a valid e-mail address is required to participate in the program.
Is there any other way to place an order other than online?
Ordering online is the only option available.
Can I return merchandise?
You can only return merchandise that is either defective or damaged within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You must contact the Avon Points Call Center at 1-877-324-7526 to get authorization to return the product. The Avon Points Call Center agent will provide you with all of the return information you need and will advise you on how to return the product.
How do I activate my gift card?
Each gift card is presented with an activation sticker with the link to activate the gift cards. The link requires your first name, last name and PO#. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
What if I have a problem with a product after 30 days?
If you have an issue with a product after 30 days of receipt of merchandise, you must contact the Avon Points Call Center at 1-877-324-7526. The Avon Points Call Center will provide you with a proof of purchase and direct you to the manufacturer for service under warranty. Avon Points Center will pay for the return of your damaged product.
